Because our products are digital downloads and GPL-licensed, all sales are final.

 

Refunds are only granted if:

  • The file is corrupt or broken

  • We cannot provide a working version within 48 hours

  • You request support within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buying the wrong product

  • Compatibility issues with hosting

  • Expecting original-author support

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Claiming “I no longer need it”
